A Little Birthday Gift from Me to You
On 17th November, it’s my birthday!
One of my all-time favourite films is Pay It Forward. It tells the story of a young boy who comes up with a beautiful idea: when someone does something kind for you, instead of simply paying them back, you pass that kindness on to someone else.
I’ve always loved this idea. A small act of kindness can travel further than we might ever imagine.
Through my work, I’ve been lucky to meet so many wonderful people and experience so much kindness, trust and appreciation.
So this year, I’d love to celebrate my birthday by giving something back.
I’m offering 3+1 special gifts, and I’d love you to be part of it!
The idea is simple: think of someone you’d love to treat to a little kindness. Someone who gives so much to others, someone going through a difficult time, or simply someone you’d love to make smile.

Giveaway Terms & Conditions
- Organiser: Body & Soul Touch, Kendal, Cumbria, UK.
- Eligibility: Open to anyone aged 18 or over who can attend their chosen experience in Kendal or, by prior arrangement, Liverpool. Entry is free, with no purchase necessary.
- How to enter: Comment on the official Facebook or Instagram giveaway post, indicating your preferred experience and whether you would like it for yourself or someone else. If you nominate someone, they can enter too by leaving their own comment. Following the page and liking the post are appreciated but not required.
- Multiple entries: You may nominate more than one person and enter for different experiences. Each person receives a maximum of one entry per prize category, regardless of the number of comments or nominations. Entries from Facebook and Instagram will be combined.
- Prizes: Four gift vouchers will be awarded: one 90-minute Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, one 60-minute Restorative Massage, one 60-minute Lomi Poʻo Head Massage, and one Tea Ceremony experience (private individual or a small group ceremony). There is no cash alternative.
- Winners: One winner per prize will be randomly selected from the eligible entries on 18th November 2026. Each person can win a maximum of one prize. The draw will be carried out using a verifiably random selection process.
- Notification: Winners will be contacted through the social media account used to enter. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be drawn.
- Redeeming prizes: Vouchers are valid until 18th May 2027. All experiences must be booked in advance and are subject to availability, suitability and normal treatment consultation requirements. Liverpool appointments are subject to arrangement and availability. Vouchers may be gifted to another eligible person.
- Privacy: Information provided through the giveaway will be used only to administer the draw, contact winners and arrange their prizes, unless separate consent is given for other communications.
