The massage usually involves the whole body, using warm coconut oil, flowing forearm movements and gentle stretches. The abdomen, head and face may also be included, always with your agreement.
Your comfort and boundaries are respected throughout. Underwear is welcome, and appropriate draping is maintained. This is a professional, non-sexual massage.
Afterwards, there is time to rest, ground yourself and return gently to the day you are..
